From Trauma To Triumph – One Year Later

One year ago, my youngest son was still in survival mode.Haunted by trauma. Shaped by silence. Wounds too deep for words. He didn’t trust easily. He struggled to connect. He had every reason to shut down. But he didn’t. In just one year…He’s risen. He’s excelling in advanced education classes. He’s made real friends. He’s laughing again.and learning how to live for the first time. And now — he’s been officially selected to join one of the most prestigious youth soccer programs in the country: BVB International Academy, partnered with Borussia Dortmund in Germany. An elite team. He was 1 out of 10 boys chosen for his age bracket. From hundreds. That’s not luck. That’s resilience. That’s redemption. That’s what happens when a child is finally given the space to heal. He fought for this. And I fought for him. And no — his trauma doesn’t get to write his future.bHe does. I’m so damn proud of him. The cost is pressing — and truthfully, I don’t fully know how I’m going to make it happen. But I will. Because I always find a way. Because he’s worth fighting for. Because this is his dream. His choice. His future. He’s not just surviving anymore. He’s becoming. And I will walk beside him — every step of the way.

Our family is still navigating deep wounds and heartbreaking challenges — BUT, I refuse to let the shadows silence his light. This moment matters. He matters. And being able to support him and this huge opprotunity is priceless. Way to go Buddy! I love you so very much!

If you can support us in his huge achievement and help make this happen for him, please know that your helping heal deep trauma and showing him there is good in this world, and that people do care! That he matters, and his dreams are never out of reach! :
